Financial & Insurance Information
The cost of orthodontic treatment may vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. Our staff will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and payment plan options so you can make the best choice for you and your smile.
Orthodontic insurance is the only form of health insurance that does not typically reimburse in one payment. Insurance companies usually reimburse in scheduled payments over a period of time. Dr. Joseph has worked at many levels with insurance committees on local, regional, and national levels. As a result, he has found that the best way to ensure that full benefits are paid is for the insurance company to reimburse the patient’s family directly instead of payments coming to our office. Dr. Joseph does not want your quality of care to be dictated by an insurance company.
For your convenience, our office will assist you with submitting a claim to your insurance company to help you receive the maximum benefit allowed by your plan. Final responsibility for collection of benefits from your insurance company rests with the insured party. Our professional services are rendered and charged directly to the patient or their family and they are responsible for payment of all fees incurred.
